Monster Hunter Wilds First Gameplay Trailer Gets Truly Wild
Capcom has revealed more footage of its open-world take on the Monster Hunter franchise in a new gameplay trailer.
Monster Hunter Wilds, the next major entry in Capcom's beloved franchise, has received a new gameplay trailer that revealed new monsters and weapons.
The trailer showcases the game's vast and detailed environments, as well as its new wirebug mechanic. The wirebug allows players to grapple onto surfaces and swing through the air, opening up new possibilities for exploration and combat.
The trailer also reveals several new monsters, including the massive Goss Harag and the serpentine Magnamalo. These monsters each have their own unique abilities and attacks, and players will need to learn their patterns in order to defeat them.
Monster Hunter Wilds is set to release on March 26, 2021, for the Nintendo Switch.
